What is the pop-up section?

The Pop-up section is an incredibly versatile tool that has rapidly become essential for thriving online stores. With a quick setup and a broad selection of powerful block options, Pop-ups are an ideal solution for enhancing conversion rates, promoting products or events and driving revenue growth. In the Beautify theme, you can use beautiful product imagery to make them even more eye-catching, ensuring your messaging stands out and captures attention.

How to set up a pop-up

Steps

Open the Theme Editor.
In the Template or Overlay group click Add section and select Pop-up.
In the main Pop-up settings adjust the Delay seconds slider and the Days to remain dismissed sliders. Also, decide who gets to see the pop-up (guest users or logged in customers).
The Layout, Main image, Mobile image can be used to customize the general appearance of the pop-up, such as the pop-up width, image position and color scheme.
By turning the Show as cutout setting on, the Main image will be extracted from the pop-up content. Use the Cutout image offset slider to slightly adjust the extent of the overlap.
Use the Style settings to select a Color scheme.
Choose from any combination of blocks - Heading, Subheading, Text, Image, Button, Email sign-up, Countdown timer and Social links. Note that up to a maximum of two Text blocks can be added to each Pop-up. Blocks come with their own settings and inputs to further customize their appearance or enhance functionality. Click on the relevant block to edit as needed.
Click Save when the section set up is complete.

Tip

The pop-up includes the option for a Background image with tint and opacity settings which can sit underneath the content. Use this only when there is no Main image or the main image is used only as a cutout.

FAQs

How can I adjust the size of a pop-up?

The height of the Pop-up section will scale to accommodate the number of blocks added, and the amount of content in each block, but not beyond the device screen height. Instead, the content will scroll within the maximum pop-up height, if the content causes the pop-up to extend beyond the screen height,
