What is the contact page?
The contact page allows customers to send a message directly to you, and allows you to engage with your customers and answer their queries.
How to set up the contact page
Steps
- Open the Theme Editor.
- Select Pages > contact from the dropdown at the top.
- This page comes prebuilt with several sections, listed in TEMPLATE section of the left hand side of the screen.
The content from the contact page (from the Shopify admin area) is automatically hidden within Enterprise. If you'd like to show this content, you'll need to unhide this section:

The Contact form section is one of the most noteworthy on this page. Read the How to set up a contact form guide for more.
FAQs
I've assigned a page to my contact template in the Shopify admin area, but it is not showing in the theme. How can I get it to show?
The theme automatically hides the contact page block in the TEMPLATE group. If you click on the eye icon, it will unhide and the content will be visible.
If this still does not show the expected content, check that the page has been assigned to the correct template in your Shopify admin area.
Where do I see the emails?
Emails will go to your email address as added in the Shopify admin area, in Settings > Notifications > Sender email.
Why am I not receiving emails?
The sending out of emails is controlled by Shopify, and this is almost certainly not an issue with the theme (unless an App has modified the theme behaviour). You can verify this by installing Shopify's default Dawn theme as a draft theme and trying to use the contact form. If you do receive an email, an app or a developer has most likely done something to break the contact form on Enterprise. If this still doesn't work, you can contact Shopify Support directly for further assistance.
