Here is a FAQ list of topics commonly asked while trialling a theme.
- You cannot edit theme code or the language while on a trial. This is locked by Shopify and will be unlocked upon purchase of the theme.
- Some apps require access to the theme’s code. They may not work while on a trial. We have no way of seeing which apps can and cannot work.
- To get the latest theme version, you will have to delete the trial and download a fresh one. Shopify only allows for 1 trial per theme with no way to update the trial.
- You can’t see theme-specific templates while on a trial. These can only be assigned to pages when the theme is published.
- Please ensure you have tested everything on a trial before buying as themes are non-refundable purchases.
