What does the Clean Canvas support team cover?
Our friendly team can provide help with theme settings and anything included in the original theme. We are not able to help with custom coding or app troubleshooting, installation or removal.
Should you wish to change your theme code, there are many experienced Shopify developers available for hire, such as our preferred partner Taskhusky.

Can I add other fonts?
Yes you can. Usually the extensive library included by Shopify is sufficient, but if you have specific brand requirements, you can hire a developer to add licensed fonts to your store. We cannot offer assistance as part of our support, simply because there’s a huge variety of fonts and installation procedures which take time to configure and test thoroughly.
We’d recommend Taskhusky for assistance in installing custom fonts.
Can I add video and 3D images to my product pages?
Yes, all our themes support this feature. This Shopify article explains more.
What’s included with my theme purchase?

How do I remove the text at the bottom of my pages?
Footer text such as “Powered by Shopify” can be edited or removed in the Language Editor. You can change nearly all text labels in your store by heading to Online Store → Themes → Actions → Edit languages
Do your themes cater for any size inventory?
Whilst some of our themes are designed to look great with small inventories, they can easily accommodate 1000’s of products too. All our themes can handle large inventory, the choice of design is really down to your brand requirement.

What size do my images need to be?

Can customers checkout in a different currency?
Our themes all support Shopify’s multi-currency checkout with Shopify Payments.
If you are not using Shopify Payments or you are in a location that doesn’t support Shopify Payments, you won’t be able to use the themes auto currency conversion feature.
Shopify is in charge of passing on the conversions to the currency converter, not the theme. The theme can display what the gateway sends us. If you are using other gateways, they don’t have this level of integration which is why the theme can’t display the currency since it’s not being fed the information from the gateway.
Alternatively, you can achieve this through two other options by installing a currency conversion app or working with a Shopify Expert to customise the site to enable currency conversions.
Please note it is the responsibility of the app developers to ensure their products work with all themes on the Shopify theme store, so you’ll need to reach out to the relevant developer if you do have any issues during installation.
