If you have recently installed an app and think it might be causing an issue, or if you are having problems integrating an app, you can talk to the app's support team.
Every app on Shopify has a support team. They are there to answer questions and make sure their app works correctly on your store.
You can contact app developers directly from your Shopify admin area's app list, by following these simple steps:
1. Go to the Shopify admin area
2. Select Apps in the menu
3. Click "Get Support" next to the appropriate app

Most of Shopify is not influenced by a theme at all. Shopify's own support team is available to offer advice and help with issues encountered on their platform.
Some of these areas are: Checkout, navigation setup, rich text editor, shipping, currency formatting, translations, recaptcha.
This also includes the Theme Store. We do not sell themes directly, so any questions about theme installation, theme updates, or refunds, will be handled by Shopify.
One easy way to know if this is a question for us or for Shopify is to ask: "Would I have this same question if I were using a free Shopify theme?" (You can even quickly install one to check. Try Dawn - it's free!)

Important: If your customers can't buy products on your store, install a fresh copy of the theme from the theme store and use that. 99% of cases when this happens, the problem is caused by custom code or app installations that have broken the theme code. You won't be charged again for the theme, and this can quickly get you making sales again while you look into the problem properly.
